Jason Rowling

  

Hi my name is Jason Rowling and I am proud to be a Co-founder of  the  Good Neighbour Trust and the exciting vision we have for Tauranga City.

I am married to Sharlene and have two awesome boys, Jack and Jesse. They both attend Bethlehem College.

I am the owner/manager of Carmel Country Estate Retirement Village, which we started to develop in 2000 and completed in 2008. 

My interests are fishing, hunting and golfing, which I enjoy with my boys and a good bunch of mates. I really love the great outdoors and all it offers.

I have lived in Tauranga most of my life, went to Boys College and have seen Tauranga become one of New Zealands fastest growing cities. I am proud to live in this great city and look forward to the impact Good Neighbour will have on Tauranga, making this an even better place to live.

 

Lavina

 

 

Co-founder of Good Neighbour Food Rescue in 2014.

Lavina is  a local freelance journalists, mother, and business owner.

She is also on the Board of Te Aranui Trust, and am currently employed by Sky Sport.

Given her public roles in media she loves nothing more than  spending time with her  three children and a hard working grocer husband.

 

Kerri Tilby-Price

Kerri Tilby-Price has worked with community organisations for nearly 20years and is recognised as one of New Zealand's leading training providers for the non-profit sector.

She is the author of the "Seriously Good Guide to Fundraising" which has been snapped up selling over 20,000 copies nationwide.

Kerri is the editor of the "Tonic" magazine- a quarterly publication for community  groups. 

as well Kerri is a vibrant communicator and facilitator who will challenge a mindset and leave you ready to take action.

 

She loves her family, friends and a good laugh.  Her heart and passion to make a difference to others in challenging circumstances is

remarkable and evidenced in her ongoing support and volunteering efforts not only here in NZ but more recently in Vanuatu. 

Rhys Arrowsmith

Rhys is a member of New Zealand Institute of Directors.  Is a Chairman of ECNI and a Board member of Cruise New Zealand.

He has extensive marketing experience evidenced in the successfully marketing of Rotorua airport, reaching targets to see increased volumes of tourists through there.  Among other things he has been an Australasian agent for Pure life experiences, Managing director for Black label Retreats targeting luxury high-end clients.

More recently has just concluded  a very successful 3 and half years as GM for Tourism BOP.  He led a strong team of up to 24 staff to inject about 1/2 a billion p/a GDP  into the local economy.  His ability to work with very diverse groups of people and stakeholders, such as economic development agency's , councils, public, business owners, Iwi and the community have all been keys to Rhy's success as GM of Tourist Bay Of Plenty..

Above all he is passionate about family, fun and faith.

Robert Keam

 B.A.,LL.B.,MANZCN (Notary Public)

 

Robert is a partner in the Tauranga law firm of Keam Standen and has been practising for almost 40 years, specialising in property and trust law.

He is a keen tramper and traveller and takes an avid interest in shipping and Roman history.

 

Besides being a Trustee of Good Neighbour Trust,Robert served for six years on the Board of International Needs, a charity operating in over 30 countries.

 

Robert is married to Margret, a teacher at Otumoetai College, and they have three children and two grandchildren. 

Campbell Hill

 

 

Campbell is a co-founder of Good Neighbour Trust in 2013.

He holds a BTheol from Auckland University.

 

Campbell is a qualified carpenter. He has been involved with youth work for many years.

Cambell has lead various teams on short term projects to Fiji.

The last ten years has been spent as a presenter for a values education programme in primary schools.

He is married to Christine and has four children. Jonathan, Vanessa, Jayden and Daniel.

Campbell enjoys camping, trout fishing and firing up the pizza oven.

Shane McConnell

 

 

Shane is managing Director of G J Gardner Homes with his wife Kirsty since 2007.  They have built about 500 homes since then

He has a LL.B (law degree) and a B.A degree from Auckland University.

In the spare time he has Shane likes to wake board with his family, go mountain biking, snow skiing, paddle boarding, and playing board games.  He also enjoys time with their 2 puppies and hanging out with friends and travelling.
